Southland Conference
Every team in the conference had a gauntlet of a non-conference, and Northwestern State was the most impressive by far. They have (maybe?) the best win we’ve talked about so far from a mid-major team with a road dub at TCU. If they were to win the conference, you’d have to think they’d at least be on the 15 line. As it sits, Texas A&M Corpus Christi, who swept Northwestern State in the regular season, is in first and projected as a 16 seed. I’d still confidently take the Demons to win the conference.
